What is The OG Method?

After struggling for years to find a workout that my body responded positively to, I started combining the practice of Pilates, yoga, and barre - creating a workout fusion I call the “OG Method”. This method allowed me to tone my body while lengthening and strengthening my spine - keeping my scoliosis curve mobile and body feeling great!

Since I was a child I’ve always been extremely active. In high school I participated in a wide range of sports but as I got older I realized many of those activities were hurting me more than helping me. As my scoliosis curve reached 65 degrees I knew I had to change my life and workout regimen to better suit my body and what it truly needed. I ditched my old workout routines and began practicing yoga and pilates daily. After practicing for a few years I started teaching and found that by combining both yoga and pilates in a single class I was able to get the workout my body craved while keeping my spine limber and malleable for a positive change.

I’ve personally found as long as I ‘m on top of my chiropractic treatment and actively practicing my flows I truly have zero pain and have been able to decrease my curve and hold the new correction. With that being said, if you have scoliosis or any kind of injury please talk with your doctor prior to any kind of physical actively and make sure its safe for you as well!
